Welcome to the Tonic Sol-fa Music Marketplace, owned and operated by R H Y M E S _ D I G I T A L. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms.
Tonic Sol-fa Music Marketplace provides a digital store, interactive editor tools, and repository for choral scores, hymnals, sight-reading courses, and arrangements. All services are published under the corporate management of R H Y M E S _ D I G I T A L.
- Personal & Choral License: Downloaded sheet music scores are licensed to the purchaser for personal practice, church performances, and choir rehearsals. Redistribution or re-selling is prohibited.
- Free & Paid Content: Scores listed as "Free" may be downloaded without fee. Paid scores are subject to specified prices in GHS or equivalent currency.
Composers, arrangers, and engravers publishing scores via Sol-Fa Studio retain copyright over their original musical works.
By uploading scores to the marketplace, creators grant R H Y M E S _ D I G I T A L a non-exclusive license to host, display, generate audio previews, and distribute digital copies to authorized purchasers in accordance with agreed revenue sharing terms.
Users and creators agree not to:
- Upload works that infringe upon third-party copyrights or trademarked material.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract score database files without explicit authorization.
- Engage in unauthorized commercial reselling of downloaded tonic sol-fa compositions.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. R H Y M E S _ D I G I T A L reserves the right to amend these terms at any time by posting updated terms on this page.
